Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the organization’s technology infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive infrastructure solutions that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with industry best practices.
- Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, including architecture diagrams, policies, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure design, networking, and data center technologies.
- Proficiency in cloud computing, virtualization, and storage solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and guide technical teams in the implementation of infrastructure projects.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with hybrid cloud architecture and multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and standards (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF).
